The 'INNOLAB' Hot Air Oven is of universal memmert type having a electrically heated and thermostatically controlled chamber with double walled construction. The inner walls are made of Aluminium sheets and outer walls of mild steel sheets. The space between the two walls is filled with mineral wool for insulation. The chamber is fitted with three adjustable perforated shelves.
The heaters are placed in ribs at the bottom and sides of the chamber. The temperature is indicated on a mercury glass thermometer and controlled with the help of a capillary type thermostat. An air circulating fan is provided inside the chamber for ensuring an even temperature distribution.
The door of the oven also has a double walled construction with the inner walls being made from aluminium sheet and outer walls of mild steel sheet, with mineral wool insulation in between the two walls. The outside of the oven is finished in off white stove enamel painting to give it a corrosion resistant finish.
